1) A friendly and supportive community of like minded people who understand the challenges the speaking in front of an audience can bring

2) A comprehensive, step by step online learning package called Pathways which offers you a self paced programme of concise lessons and accompanying speech assignments.

3) Regular local evening meetings where you can participate as much or as little as you like .  Here, you can watch and support other members on their speaking journey, and, when you feel ready,  take on a variety of meeting roles each of which involves a small amount of public speaking.  Its a safe and supportive environment to build your speaking skills.

4)  Every meeting also offers members the opportunity to deliver a short prepared speech (normally 5-6 minutes), on a topic of your choosing based

5) Members who choose to speak, receive a constructive verbal & written evaluation from one of their peers.  These evaluations highlight the skills you are already displaying as as well as actionable suggestions to make your next speech even better.   This blend of safe practice and supportive feedback means that you will progress much faster than just relying on trial and error.
