What is Pathways?

Pathways” is the new educational programme for Toastmasters International. You can choose one of 11 pathways to begin. Each pathway is comprised of five Levels, which become increasingly challenging as your skill and confidence grow. 

Each level is, in turn, made up one or more projects each of which includes an online educational module and a speech assignment.  Some projects are mandatory and others are elective.  

Accessing Pathways Online

Members access the the Pathways Platform by logging into the Toastmasters International Website

NB: This is an entirely separate site from Easyspeak, so you’ll need a separate login. 

Toastmasters members logging in to Toasmasters.org for the first time should use the “Forgot password?” link to set a new password.

 

 Once you have logged in to Toastmasters.org, click on the “Pathways” tab in the top menu.l

Step By Step Getting Started Tutorial

Fellow Toastmaster, Roger Fung, has created an excellent  sequence of short videos to show you how to get started with Pathways. Click on the link below to access these videos. We recommend that you dedicate a few minutes to  watch  each of the short videos in sequence.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PATHWAYS BASECAMP HOME PAGE HAS BEEN REDESIGNED SINCE THESE VIDEOS WERE CREATED.  IT NOW LOOKS DIFFERENT BUT THE MAIN LINKS REFERRED TO IN THE TUTORIALS ARE STILL ACCESSIBLE e.g THE SPEECH EVALUATION BUTTON – ITS JUST WHITE NOW INSTEAD OF MAROON.
